Expersoft features strongly in VSV-ASG Radar

The VSV-ASG Technology Radar 2024 (VSV-ASG Radar), commissioned by the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers | VSV | ASG | SAM and co-created with EAM.Technology, is a comprehensive analysis of the current WealthTech ecosystem. With the pace of change in both available technology and the operating environment, it can be difficult for wealth managers and banks to identify which product meets their actual needs. Focusing on PMS and CRM options, VSV-ASG Radar conducted in depth surveys of 185 of its members as well as with 21 Swiss-based WealthTech providers, including Expersoft. In so doing, this report seeks to build a bridge between technology and business by breaking down the complexity of the software market, by identifying what types of questions need to be asked internally and externally, and by clarifying what wealth managers need versus what WealthTech companies provide.

The target audience is therefore threefold: Wealth Managers, Banks, and WealthTech Providers. The primary goals of this report are to:

  • Demystify technology issues

  • Improve decision effectiveness

  • Reduce barriers to implementation

  • Provide a framework for essential requirements

  • Provide a comprehensive overview of vendors

  • Provide expert assessment and contextual understanding

In Chapter 5, VSV-ASG Radar looks at five core requirements for wealth management business processes and then evaluates how these 21 Swiss-based WealthTech providers meet those requirements via positioning charts. The core requirements analysed are

  • Client relationship and portfolio management

  • Compliance and risk management

  • Fee management and reporting

  • Technical infrastructure for PMS and CRM integration

  • Onboarding projects

The WealthTech field is large, and the range of options can be difficult to navigate. However, the VSV-ASG Radar is a comprehensive must read for business leaders and technology firms in the wealth management sector.
