Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who combines strong expertise in test automation with practical experience using AI in a professional environment.

In addition to designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests, you will help advance our existing AI-assisted testing initiatives. We already use AI to support the creation of automated tests from manual test scenarios and are looking for someone who can help further improve, scale, and operationalize these capabilities.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who enjoys combining software quality, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and testing effectiveness.

During your first months, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program focused on security principles, company processes, and our products. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the application landscape and our testing ecosystem, enabling you to contribute both to day-to-day quality assurance activities and to the further development of our automation and AI-assisted testing capabilities.

Typical Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute testing activities for new application features and releases.
• Review requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify missing, incomplete, or ambiguous specifications.
• Own and maintain testing scope for assigned functional modules.
• Design, create, and maintain manual test scenarios and test suites.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests using existing test automation frameworks.
• Contribute to the further development of AI-assisted testing solutions and workflows.
• Explore opportunities to improve test creation, maintenance,and evaluation through AI technologies.
• Monitor and continuously improve manual and automated test coverage across the application.
• Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support their resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Contribute to automation code reviews and promote testing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions.
• Practical experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate business use cases into effective test scenarios.
• Understanding of software development principles and code quality practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.

• English level: minimum B2 (professional working proficiency).
