You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Developers, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into robust analytical specifications of product and service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the analysis and design of innovative product features and business services
- Define business requirements and product behavioural specifications
- Define and assist with the execution of go-to-market strategies and success metrics
- Collaborate with development and other stakeholders to validate specified behaviour, design, logic, and calculations
- Work alongside colleagues in client-facing activities, including projects, account management, and sales

You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Developers, and Client-facing teams to translate business needs into robust analytical specifications of product and service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of AI-driven product features across portfolio management, analytics, and compliance domains
- Translate complex business requirements into structured data models, metrics, and analytical frameworks
- Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and model performance indicators
- Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate, validate, and improve AI models and algorithms
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, data quality, and system performance to inform product decisions

What You Bring

You will work on sophisticated web and mobile interfaces used by investment professionals, operations teams, and institutional clients, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver robust, performant, and maintainable frontend solutions across desktop and mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using Vaadin and Angular
- Contribute to the development of mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across platforms
- Translate UX designs and business requirements into clean, reusable, and testable frontend code
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design decisions

What You Bring
