Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Planning Manager who will be responsible for optimizing how work moves through our development organization, from idea and requirements through analysis, development, testing and release.

The Operations Planning Manager owns the end-to-end delivery flow, drives transparency, identifies bottlenecks, improves predictability and ensures alignment between business priorities and development operations.

Typical Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development process.
• Ensure smooth flow of work across analysis, development,      testing and release.
• Identify and address work queues, bottlenecks and process      inefficiencies.
• Refine workflow design, handoffs and delivery policies.
• Manage and monitor work streams across the development      organization.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle      time, work in progress (WIP), throughput and flow efficiency.
• Detect degradation in delivery flow and initiate improvement      actions.
• Monitor organizational dependencies and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Medior Test Automation Engineer with strong analytical and technical skills to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions. This role combines quality assurance expertise with software engineering principles, requiring the ability to create manual and automated test scenarios, maintain test coverage, review automation code, and continuously improve testing frameworks and practices.

During your first months, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program focused on security principles, company processes, and our products. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the application landscape and build the knowledge needed to navigate and support it confidently. As your expertise grows, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining reports, ensuring accurate and meaningful business insights.
