Application Support Specialist

Location: Singapore

Primary activities:

  • Customer support – specifying the problem identified by the customer, simulating the problem within the internal environment, finding the optimal solution with the customer and/or with our software developers

  • Internal support for your colleagues and leading trainings

Required skills:

  • Experience with customer support and/or testing within the application domain 2-3+ years

  • Strong work ethics

  • Fluent English language, written and spoken, C1 minimum

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to pay attention to details


Beneficial skills:

  • Experience with Jira

  • German language

  • Experience with internal trainings
