Application Support and Back-Office Specialist

Primary activities:

  • Supporting clients in the daily use of the PM1 software product, including providing first and second level support via phone, email, and via our Jira Service Desk Portal 

  • Specifying and analysing issues reported by customers 

  • Determination of solutions in collaboration with the customer and/or internal 2nd/3rd level support 

  • Supporting back-office operations including daily and monthly reconciliation of client securities transactions as well as the adjustment of identified differences 

  • Monitoring and support of the automatic transaction, position and master data processing with our software Interfaces to various international custodian banks 

  • Entering trade transactions on behalf of clients 

  • Cooperation with multiple internal teams 

Required skills:

  • Experience with customer support and/or back-office operations 

  • Training and practical experience in finance or economics 

  • Ability to process problems analytically 

  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and under pressure 

  • Committed and well-structured work ethic 

  • Quality aware and responsible 

  • Fluent English, spoken and written
